Chicken Fajita
Sizzling chicken strips marinated in aromatic spices and sautéed with colorful, crunchy bell peppers and onions.

Cut the boneless chicken into strips and julienne the onion, green capsicum, and red bell pepper. ▶ 0:18
Marinate the chicken strips with lemon juice, garlic powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, and white oil for 1 hour. ▶ 0:35 60 min
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and fry on medium heat until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender. ▶ 1:54 medium

In the same pan, add the julienned onions and fry until they turn slightly pink and translucent. ▶ 2:29
