Motor Dal diye Kumro Shaker Chocchori
This comforting Bengali medley combines fresh pumpkin greens and mixed vegetables with spiced yellow split peas.

Prepare a paste of cumin, coriander, red chili, and turmeric powders with a little water. Add this spice paste to the pan, rinse the bowl with a little water, and pour it in. Mix well to coat the vegetables. ▶ 5:10 medium

Uncover, stir, add green chilies, and then place the chopped pumpkin leaves on top without mixing. ▶ 5:53 medium
